The current C-Class was introduced in
2008 and updated in 2012, bringing in a re-
freshed style and the first coupe models. All
models sit on a 108.7-inch wheelbase and
are essentially alike from the front bumper

Seating differences between the Sport
Sedan and Luxury Sedan bring deeper con-
tours in with the former and softer surfaces
with two-tone color schemes to the latter.
With coupe models, the C-Class offers four
individual sport seats, providing the bolster-
ing and supportive head restraints needed
for spirited driving. The driver’s seat features
lumbar support and power, eight-way ad-
justment. A power, four-way adjustable

Safety features are not just necessities, but
core principles of what Mercedes-Benz rep-
resents. The C-Class in any form offers an
assortment of enhancements that keep this
model under the driver’s control and for di-
minishing harm to its occupants in the event
of a crash.
Those features include bi-xenon head-
lamps with active curve illumination to
expand your visual range when turning a
corner. Blind-spot assist and lane-keeping
assist are optional systems – the latter de-
signed to keep your car centered. Stray out
of your lane and a warning tone sounds. At-
tention assist, emergency-sensing and adap-
tive brakes are also at the ready with nine
airbags, a body made of reinforced high-
strength steel and a post-collision
response system designed to protect you
when involved in a crash. ;;
